Modern Real Estate Practice is firmly rooted in the unique vision and high standards of its original authors. Fillmore W. Galaty was vice president of Chicago Title Insurance Company and a life director of the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Chicago. Wellington J. Allaway is a past vice president and instructor for Real Estate Education Company and worked in the real estate department of Northern Trust Company of Chicago. Robert C. Kyle is the former Chairman of the Board of Dearborn Financial Publishing, Inc., and a founder of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
